The Renegade Roasters 5Kg. is a solid drum roaster to insure optimum coffee movement during the roasting process so you achieve excellent roast qualities in your coffee and even roasting temperatures in the drum.
The roaster is made of the highest quality materials to withstand 100% duty cycle if necessary.

The quicker the cooling time the more natural sugar is left in the roasted coffee bean. The Renegade Roaster can cool beans in under 5 minutes.
With the Renegade Roasters 5Kg. you can cool and roast at the same time. We have no motors that share functions to give you the best roasting ability.
By adding to the Renegade Roasters 5 Kg. both a bean temperature probe and an environment temperature probe ,the roaster has a realistic way of telling what the roasting environment is doing. By knowing accurate readings on your bean and environmental temperatures you can build your roasting profiles and get accuracy in duplication each time.
