Renegade Roasters began in 2000 when we created the concept of coffee roasting companies having more say in how their equipment was built to best meet their personal company needs. By allowing the customer to help design their machine prior to manufacturing all the prerequisites the customer desires can be addressed. With this in mind, the machine can be built from the beginning with components that allow these prerequisites to be met without further cost for modifications that the roaster manufacturer had not designed the roaster to handle.

We build all our roasters in El Cajon, CA with all American made components. The roasters are built to handle 100% duty cycles with over rated motors and gearboxes.

Each roaster sold comes with its own owner's manual, specific to your machine. This manual goes over every aspect of your roaster that you need to be aware of. A major part of that is for maintenance, cleaning and proper use of the machine when you are ready to start the machine and when you are done for the day.
