Main Screen

The main screen allows you to watch the recipe that you wrote and see as it goes thorugh the steps you created and when you meet your transition points. This screen allows you to view information during the entire roast cycle.

Create a Recipe Screen

It allows you to create either a bean based recipe or a time based recipe. For either type of recipe you enter all your parameters for the recipe to follow. Each recipe can have up to six transition steps. And the system allows for up to 100 different recipes.

Manual Roasting Screen

The manual roast screen allows you to make changes during the whole roast cycle with real time changes. Every variable in the roast cycle can be changed on the second you want to change it.

If you want to go from 35% burner to 50% burner for one minute the system will do that.

If you want to use only 75% of your cooling fan and take longer to cool your beans you can do that.

With the Rebel system you have the ability to roast manually or with a programmed recipe. By using the recipe function you allow your roast master the ability to reproduce the exact recipe every time.

The Rebel system allows you to know at a glance what your drives are set to and adjust them accordingly at a seconds notice if necessary.
