Our one pound roaster like our other size roasters allows you to change the roasting environment within the program so that you can do small roast profiles to find the specific tastes that you want to bring out in your coffee.  Once you know the true “best” roast profile use one of our other size roasters to repeat that roast on your real batch roasting.
